This page explains how to hang a Roman Blind which features our Cord Lock Rail System. The cord lock sytem comes with a strong aluminum header rail with hook tape on the front for attachment of the blind. The cord locking mechanism allows the blind to be raised or dropped to the required height with no need for a cleat to secure the required position. Blinds come with all required fittings and instructions. There is an acorn weight on the pull cord of this system which holds the cords taught.

- 1. Mark the wall for the placement of the Wall Supports, making sure that the supports are placed between the cord guides which are on the back of the aluminium rail. Wall Supports can be face or top fixed, using hole on the back of support for face fixing and the hole at C to top fix
- 2. Click the aluminium rail into place on the wall supports. This is achieved by placing the rail over lip A with the rail angled towards the wall at the top as in the photo below and then pushing rail down onto the wall support. You will hear a click noise when pushed securely in place.

The wall support can be detached by depressing release catch B
- 3. To use the cord lock system allowing it to fall and rise angle the cord to the left and pull the cord either to raise or lower. To lock back in position pull cords to the right and lock will secure cords.
